"Devils past present and always,
2010 has commenced for the Bty in the new structure of the Regiment, no longer does the devil have a home in the gun park or any guns to look after for that matter. So we few, we happy few, we small band of Devils, 30 at full strength comprising a BC's TAC, BC's Main (manned by the BK and BSM) and 3 Joint Fire Teams of Six, have continued to keep the spirit of 108 alive and well. Despite the lack of numbers compared to the other Btys we have won the swimming carnival and are reigning gun race champions. As the lads like to remind 107 'not bad for a Bty without guns' some things don't change! The Bty will embark on its first exercise to High range to coordinate the F111 in their last exercise for army before returning for Easter leave. Preparations are continuing for the 50th Brithday in May, we look forward to hosting the past members of the Bty. We are endevouring to have 108 Bty merchandise available for display/ purchase/ order, will keep you posted.
